Kangaroo Math competition

I just finished participating in the Kangaroo Math competition, and it was quite an experience. The test was tough—probably one of the hardest math contests I’ve tried so far. Some of the problems felt almost impossible at first glance, and I had to really push myself to think in new ways and stay patient when the solutions didn’t come easily.

Even though it was challenging, I’m glad I took part. Competitions like this remind me that math isn’t only about getting the right answer; it’s about the process of problem-solving, the creativity behind each approach, and the persistence to keep going even when you feel stuck. Every question was a chance to stretch my thinking, and even when I couldn’t solve something perfectly, I learned a lot from the attempt.

Walking away from the contest, I feel proud that I gave it my best effort. I may not have solved everything, but I gained new insights and a stronger mindset. For me, that’s the real reward—knowing that I grew from the challenge and that I’m better prepared for the next one.
